Time taken to process art work?
All art is made to order - please allow a processing time of up to two weeks for fine art paper or three weeks for canvas plus delivery time from the Sunshine Coast Queensland.

Australia wide only. For all other countries please contact me via email kerryide@bigpond.com to organise shipping arrangements.
How are orders sent?
Art is personally checked by me and packaged with great care in rigid, flat envelopes or tubes. All orders are sent via Australia Post with tracking numbers. You'll be notified via email when your order has been shipped and provided with the tracking number.

Due to the fact that all artworks are made to order, I can not accept returns or exchanges as I do not hold stock. If the product has arrived faulty for any reason please get in touch asap via email kerryide@bigpond.com so I can rectify the situation.
Framing and Care
TREAT ME WITH CARE!
Fine art prints are extremely delicate and need to be treated with great care. Every single print I produce is looked over thoroughly to ensure there are no imperfections before being carefully packaged and shipped either in a rigid envelope or tube. Please take extra special care when framing artwork yourself. My art should only be handled by outer edges and not be touched on the front at all. Even the slightest touch can leave a scuff mark or fingerprint on your artwork so only remove from the packaging when it's ready to go straight into a frame.
The larger canvas prints are unstretched and need to be taken to a professional framer to be stretched and framed(optional). If you live on the Sunshine Coast I would recommend Paul Mc Clenaghan from artmania. The quality and service Paul provides is outstanding.
For the smaller sizes (6x8in, A4, A3) these can be placed in ready made frames. For quality ready made frames I use and recommend Randolph Frames Australia. This company is extremely helpful and professional and is located in Brisbane, Queensland.
